When you complete the Leadership Diagnostic, we collect: • Your responses to the 15 diagnostic questions • Your name and email address when you submit the form • Submission timestamp and completion duration • Basic technical logs required to operate and secure the site We do not intentionally collect special category data, payment details, or third-party profile data through this form.

Your information is used to: • Review your diagnostic manually • Decide whether a follow-up conversation is appropriate • Reply to your inquiry or submission • Improve the diagnostic in aggregate and anonymized form We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your submission for ad targeting.

Diagnostic submissions are stored on the website's server-side application storage. Access is restricted to password-protected admin tooling and the site operator. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. If the storage provider or architecture changes in the future, this policy should be updated before the new processing goes live.

Submissions should only be retained for as long as they are operationally necessary. As a default working policy, review submitted data regularly and delete records that are no longer needed for follow-up or service delivery.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. To make a request, contact anett@horvath-leadership.com and include enough information for us to identify your submission.

This website stores diagnostic progress in your browser so you can continue later. This is functional storage, not advertising tracking. If you clear your browser storage or use private browsing, saved progress may be lost.

Analytics scripts only load when configured by the site operator. If analytics are enabled, they should be limited to aggregate usage measurement and should not be used to profile diagnostic answers.
